Michael Miles, President / CEO

Michael has been active in the document imaging industry and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) industry since 1997 and has worked at DoxTek for over 16 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and received a Bachelor’s of General Studies, Business Management from the Marriott School of Management. Michael is active in the ECM industry and has held various leadership positions in both the Association for Information and Image Management International (AIIM) and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators International (ARMA).

Michael has a passion for using technology to solve business problems. As the leader of DoxTek he is committed to building a lasting company built on a solid foundation of teamwork and customer service.


Craig Young, Director of Engineering

Craig manages the Engineering and Project Management team, ensuring the utmost care and quality is delivered to each customer. With 22 years of Imaging and IT experience, Craig came to DoxTek with a unique perspective.  Previously employed as a Regulatory Analyst with one of DoxTek’s customers, Craig continually seeks to think of the usefulness to the users as we research and develop solutions to solve their business needs.  As a Certified Records Manager and an active member of ARMA International, Craig understands regulatory requirements, federal/state mandates, and industry guidelines – which continues to be an asset in carefully crafting the best solutions for our customers.


Dwayne Ritchie, Executive Vice President of Sales

Dwayne draws on over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software market. He is currently responsible for all sales efforts. Prior to joining DoxTek, he held various senior level sales and sales management positions at Kofax, CorasWorks, OpenText, Hummingbird Corp. and General Electric. He also demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills in launching a successful business venture, securing series A funding, and negotiating its sale to a Fortune 1000 company.

Paramount to Dwayne’s achievements is his sincere interest in developing career long, strategic partnerships and win-win successes with his vendors and customers.


Sonia Bean, Director of Operations

Sonia leads all operational aspects of DoxTek and its sister company, ScannerSolutions.com – overseeing the company’s key frontline tasks, working to maintain both strategic corporate and department-driven initiatives. During her career and specifically over the past 5 years with DoxTek, Sonia has had a variety of administrative and managerial positions with extensive experience in leadership and mentoring roles.  Throughout those varying roles, Sonia has developed close relationships with both vendor partners as well as with our DoxTek customers.  She has a passion for providing a high level of customer service as she works to develop and strengthen relationships with those with whom she associates.  Sonia thrives on the opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally through her varying responsibilities.   Sonia completed her Bachelor and Masters Degrees from Idaho State University, wherein she gained a breadth of knowledge in understanding both the world of business as well as public sector organizations.
