Financial Controller

Location: Orem, Utah

Starting Salary Range: $65 – 70k/year

DoxTek is looking for someone to add to our Operations team. If you are interested in helping to lead a group of great people and have a strong desire to manage all aspects of accounting operations, DoxTek has the job for you. We are looking to fill a new position within our organization, Finance Controller, to help with our continued growth strategy.

This individual will be critical to the success of the organization. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of accounting processes, systems, and be extremely detail oriented. History of on-time and accuracy in reporting is key to this individual’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial strategy and forecasting
  • High-level financial reporting and analysis
  • Regular budget consolidation stakeholder management
  • Debt management and collection
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Develop financial reviews
  • Payroll processing
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Ensure quality control with regards to financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Work closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements, including tax filings

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Included, but not limited to:

  • Bachelor or Masters level degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA or CMA preferred
  • Proven working background as a Controller with at least 5-7 years’ experience
  • Well-developed leadership skills
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
  • Excellent accounting user and administration skills with QuickBooks
  • Ability and desire to mentor and manage other employees
  • Ability to clearly communicate accounting needs to other team members
  • Experience with managing all accounting operations functions
  • History of on-time and accurate weekly and monthly reporting

Lead Qualification Specialist

Location: Orem, Utah

We are looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you’ll be responsible for performing industry and U.S. – specific tele prospecting to develop sales opportunities through conversations with solution decision makers within a given organization. Your responsibility will be to determine if an organization is a viable sales opportunity and then transition that opportunity internally to our outside account executives. In this role, you will be expected to prospect new business and meet an assigned quota of “sales ready” tele-qualified leads— to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of lead generation across multiple industries; managing multiple projects and calling campaigns simultaneously
  • Initiate outbound cold calls for lead opportunities
  • Initiate contact with prospects or leads developed through marketing campaigns, conferences, or other events
  • Follow-up on inbound requests
  • Perform research and navigate within organizations to identify and reach appropriate key contacts
  • Setting follow up appointments for account executive team
  • Contribute to sales and marketing’s quarterly and annual goals
  • Update CRM daily with accurate information about opportunities and update existing customers

Solutions Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect

Location: Nationwide

This position can be located anywhere in the United States, but preferably Atlanta, Salt Lake City, Denver or the Los Angeles/Orange County area. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Included, but not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred Bachelor’s degree in a Business area may be accepted, provided the required technical capabilities are present
  • Minimum five years sales engineer work experience with complex enterprise solutions integration, ECM, scanning technologies, OCR/ICR or equivalent, professional services engagements, and high-level support engagements
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from large groups of people, and communicate professionally in written responses
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Knowledge of contact management systems, database software, Internet software and MS Office software
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, HTML-based form creation, software configuration, and hardware configuration (servers, scanners, operating systems, networking, etc.)
  • Able to obtain security clearance
  • Experience working with OnBase and ABBYY a plus
