QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Included, but not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Experience working with and/or supporting OnBase, Kofax, and ABBYY solutions
  • Respond in a professional and timely manner to customer technical support issues via phone, web tools, or on-site
  • Working knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and other platforms
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to speak and write with ease, clarity, and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and audience
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Organized and experienced at successfully dealing with multiple tasks
  • Good collaborative skills
  • Fast learner with a technology aptitude
  • Demonstrate ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues
  • Team player, highly motivated, intelligent, and confident
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties and responsibilities of the job

DUTIES

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client technical support issues
  • Work with our engineering group to resolve escalated issues when necessary
  • Document all activity related to resolution of the support issue
  • Assist customers with issues arising from product installations, configurations, and upgrades
  • Maintain ownership of issue and consistently follow through to resolution
  • Interact with customers and understand their needs. Provide proactive suggestions as well as answers to improve customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by using support processes and learning best practices for problem resolution
  • Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers requesting assistance with their software solution
  • Author technical documentation
  • Obtain a high degree of proficiency with supported software
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Solutions Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect

Location: Nationwide

If sales and technology are in your DNA, this is the job for you. Use your technical know-how to redefine sales engineering and professional services while providing top-notch sales support. This position can be located anywhere in the United States, but preferably Atlanta, Salt Lake City, Denver or the Los Angeles/Orange County area. The primary focus of this position will be to provide sales support to a highly successful and motivated sales team working in the document technology arena. This includes product briefings and customized demonstrations, as well as creating demonstrations. Travel is a big part of this position and is required on average, 3.5 days every other week.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Included, but not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred Bachelor’s degree in a Business area may be accepted, provided the required technical capabilities are present
  • Minimum five years sales engineer work experience with complex enterprise solutions integration, ECM, scanning technologies, OCR/ICR or equivalent, professional services engagements, and high-level support engagements
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from large groups of people, and communicate professionally in written responses
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Knowledge of contact management systems, database software, Internet software and MS Office software
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, HTML-based form creation, software configuration, and hardware configuration (servers, scanners, operating systems, networking, etc.)
  • Able to obtain security clearance
  • Experience working with OnBase, Kofax, and ABBYY a plus
